Laiza Negrete

Joining the California Association of REALTORS® in 2007 as a political affairs field representative, by 2014 Laiza was named to the “Capitol’s 100 Best & Brightest” list after her first year of running campaigns on behalf of C.A.R. She was named Vice President of Political Affairs in 2018. Prior to joining C.A.R., Laiza worked with the Council of State Government’s Western Division, organized meetings between U.S. and Mexico legislators, as well as conducted research on health and environmental issues along the border. A graduate of McGeorge School of Law, she holds an undergraduate degree in Government from CSU Sacramento.
